We do both residential and commercial projects, and pricing is based on the number of HVAC areas in a dwelling or commercial space. Our team does comprehensive visual inspections for mold. We are certified in mold sanitization and remediation protocol writing, and we are also trained to take on project supervisory roles for remediation projects as needed. We conduct post remediation verification or clearance testing and suggest it for all projects.

We can recommend products and solutions for use in the sanitization and remediation processes that have a proven track record of cleaning and deactivating mold from substrates.
